Celebrating Megumi Fushiguro’s Birthday in JUJUTSU KAISEN
December 22 marks the birthday of Megumi Fushiguro from JUJUTSU KAISEN. In celebration, MAPPA has unveiled a new illustration for the character, set for 2025.
Just a day earlier (Japan Standard Time), a new trailer for Season 3, titled Culling Game, was released. This exciting new season is scheduled to premiere on January 8, with the first two episodes already screened through the Execution movie.

Manga Conclusion and Ongoing Adventures
Gege Akutami’s JUJUTSU KAISEN manga officially concluded on September 30, 2024, wrapping up a 6.5-year serialization with a total of 30 volumes.
Studio MAPPA was responsible for animating both seasons of the television series and the film. The series is available for streaming on Crunchyroll. It follows Yuji Itadori, a boy with extraordinary physical abilities who joins a school for jujutsu sorcerers following an encounter with Megumi, Satoru Gojo, and Sukuna Ryomen. To evade execution for consuming one of Sukuna’s fingers, Yuji embarks on a quest to locate and consume the remaining 19 fingers of the world’s strongest sorcerer. However, the journey is fraught with unexpected challenges.
