Tickets are now available for the world premiere of Bâan -大人の彊界- (The Boundary of Adulthood), an upcoming isekai anime created by popular YouTuber Gigguk. The screening will be held on August 24 at 18:20 JST at Grand Cinema Sunshine Ikebukuro in Tokyo, where Gigguk will personally introduce the film.

This project was announced at Anime Expo 2025 earlier this month, alongside a preview of its original soundtrack by Kevin Penkin. After the premiere in Japan, the film will be available for free on Gigguk’s YouTube channel, along with a behind-the-scenes documentary about its production a week later.

Ticket Packages and Sale Details

VIP ticket sales commenced today through baanpremiere.peatix.com and will be available until August 4 at 22:59 JST. The following premium packages are offered (prices include taxes):

• ¥11,000: Screening ticket + signed A3-size commemorative poster
• ¥22,000: Poster + exclusive goods including tote bag, cap, and symbolic spoon
• ¥330,000: All of the above, plus a VIP seat next to Gigguk and director Yoshimitsu Ohashi, along with a signed script book. Only three of these packages are available worldwide.

General admission tickets priced at ¥5,500 will go on sale on August 4 at 23:00 JST and will remain available until August 18 at 22:59 JST.

About the Anime

Set in the fictional world of Euthania, which is intriguingly connected to modern Japan, Bâan follows the coming-of-age journey of two young individuals searching for meaning and belonging. The short film is directed by Yoshimitsu Ohashi (Code Geass: Rozé of the Recapture) and features music composed by Kevin Penkin (Made in Abyss), with animation produced by Studio Daisy.
