CASIO has launched a special landing page for the new G-SHOCK watch inspired by the iconic Evangelion anime series, marking its 30th anniversary since its debut in 1995. The watch was designed by Ikuto Yamashita, the mechanical designer from both the original TV series and the Rebuild film series.

Watch Design Features

The new G-SHOCK watch, based on the GA-110 model, showcases elements inspired by EVA Unit-01, including its horned headgear and the Spear of Longinus. This model also features nods to NERV and the series title, Neon Genesis Evangelion. The watch will be packaged in an elegant box and a cylindrical case adorned with the 30th anniversary emblem.

The watches will be available for purchase on CASIO’s official website starting in October.

Additional Events

In celebration of the anniversary, six Evangelion films will be screening monthly from October to February in Japan as part of the EVANGELION 30th MOVIE Fest. Featured films include Neon Genesis Evangelion: Death & Rebirth, The End of Evangelion, and all four Rebuild films.
